In this position, Gatlin will lead Nissan’s Total Customer Satisfaction organization throughout the United States and Canada, with an emphasis on vehicle safety, build quality, customer retention, and overall driver satisfaction. Working cross-functionally across the organization, she will focus on improving vehicle reliability while keeping the customer’s perspective at the forefront of every initiative.

Gatlin brings over 25 years of experience with Nissan to her post, having held key positions across Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Total Customer Satisfaction. Most recently, she served as senior director of Total Customer Service, expanding her oversight to cover Warranty & Compliance, Overseas Chief Quality Engineering, Field Quality Investigations, and Quality Strategy Management for both U.S. and Canadian operations.

She steps into her new role as Nissan continues to earn notable recognition for product quality and customer satisfaction. The Nissan Rogue was ranked number one among compact SUVs in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Initial Quality Study, while the Nissan Murano was named the most dependable midsize SUV for the second year in a row in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study.
