Josh my advisor was excellent. When I explained my problem he diagnosed it without even looking at the car! And sure enough, he was right. My high pressure fuel line was leaking and needed to be replaced. Plus, he saved me some money from the original quoted price!!!
I brought my QX60 here after having it die on me multiple times and other INFINITI service centers not being able to figure out the problem more than once. I didn’t have an appointment but I brought it in the morning and I was out by noon. Theodore did a great job and the techs provided great service!
Spoke with Scott about a vehicle listed on their web site, we agreed to the price listed on the web site and doc fees of about $800.00. They sent me a link and requested a non refundable deposit but no purchase agreement. They finally sent me the purchase agreement and it was 10K more than the agreed price.
I leased my new 2025QX 80 from this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. Roger and Tom were great getting this lease done. This was the forth, QX80 I have leased,the first one from. I was very impressed with the no haggle approach from this dealership. My daughter bought her first new car today and the team here was honest and attentive to our needs. Our salesman Ramon was kind and helped us get the deal we wanted. Once we made the deal, the finance guy was amazing and approached us with the same no haggle mindset and was very informative. This is my second purchase with Infinti and last!! Purchased my vehicle 6 months ago, in for 1st service. Need new battery and tires. Really !?!? Battery warranty expired 2 weeks ago. Sales manager Brian and Service manager Chris couldn't make executive decision to make this right and replace battery! Very disheartening. Really consider where you purchase your next vehicle.

I purchased a used 2021 Q50 in June so about 2 months ago. The salesman was very responsive and respectful until I purchased the vehicle. I had a couple issues with it within the first week of having it and when I brough this to his attention he became extremely rude belligerent and would not even try to help me out. Short list of things.
1) I was told it had tinted windows. it did not.
2) I was told it had GPS and apple car play, it had neither.

CORRUPT, UNETHICAL CAR DEALERSHIP! My mom and I went to look at vehicles on 8/6. We found one she liked so we took it for a test drive and then agreed on a cash price. Stanley was great. Process was easy regardless having to meet in person. In less than 24 hours I was driving home in my new car.
We worked with Robert Saiz and Abraham and couldn't have been more happy with our purchase..... The sale wasn't able to be completed that day and they actually held the car for us. I didn't feel pushed or trapped, which is Big when you're a female. They also gave me time to look over the numbers and leave and come back without pulling credit..... Stan was great! My experience was quick and easy, he ensured all of my needs were met and he even stayed late last minute to close the sale. My process literally took less than a day, my critique on the dealership itself would be to ensure that the vehicle leaving has a full tank of gas and topped off on fluids. Simply put, Stanley is not your typical car salesman, he is a genuinely a good person. He truly went the extra mile (miles in our case) and drove to our house twice to not just bring my wife home so she could pick up our child, he literally to another round trip to bring us our paperwork.
