What's New for The 2021 INFINITI Q60?
For 2021, the Q60—the sleek and curvy compact two-door coupe from INFINITI—did not receive any significant updates. The Q60 offers many optional driver-assist features in one of the most comfortable coupes on the market.
2021 Q60 COMES WITH AN AMAZING ARRAY OF FEATURES
The 2020 INFINITI Q60 is available in three trims: Pure, Luxe, and Red Sport 400. It is a four-seater with two leatherette-trimmed rows. Also standard are a leather-wrapped steering wheel and front-seat 8-way power adjustability. InTouch integrates infotainment features such as a six-speaker AM/FM/CD stereo system, Bluetooth wireless technology, HD Radio, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration, three months of SiriusXM Radio, USB flash drive playback ability, two USB ports, and a dual display consisting of an 8-inch upper one and a 7-inch lower one.
A smart key system with push-button engine start makes entry and starting the vehicle very easy and convenient. Upgrades at the Luxe include an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a garage-door opener. The Red Sport 400 is the trim you'd get if you want the most premium features. It has semi-aniline leather seats, aluminum foot pedals, driver-side memory and power lumbar support, remote engine start, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a voice-activated navigation system, a 13-speaker Bose stereo system, and three-month trial subscriptions to SiriusXM Traffic and SiriusXM Travel Link.
INFINITI Q60 POWERTRAIN AND ITS PERFORMANCE
Although a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine powers the 2021 INFINITI Q60, the output varies based on trim. On the Pure and Luxe, the engine produces 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. On the Red Sport 400, the engine outputs 400 horsepower (thus the "400" suffix) and 350 lb-ft of torque. The V6 is glued to a 7-speed automatic gearbox, with INFINITI adding paddle shifters on the Red Sport 400 to make gear shifting more convenient.
TECHNOLOGIES TO KEEP YOU SAFE
For safety, the INFINITI Q60 starts with features such as six airbags, a rearview camera, electronic stability control, traction control, hill start assist, and four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with electronic brake-force distribution and brake assist. For driver-assistance features, go with at least the Luxe, which adds predictive forward collision warning, forward emergency braking, and pedestrian detection. More driver-assistance features are added at the Red Sport 400 level with blind-spot warning and backup collision intervention. Also exclusive to the model is a surround-view camera, which comes with front and rear parking sensors and replaces the rearview camera.
