- The 2018 INFINITI Q50 in trim 2.0t LUXE includes all of the features of the 2.0t PURE as well as power sliding moonroof, maple wood interior trim and chrome finishes.
- The 2018 INFINITI Q50 in trim 3.0t LUXE includes all of the features of the 2.0t PURE and LUXE as well as electric power steering.

All trims of the 2018 INFINITI Q50 come equipped with remoteless and keyless entry, vehicle immobilizer systems, vehicle security sound alarms if detected and a backup slot to start the vehicle if the key fob battery dies.
