NEW STUDY RANKS INFINITI HIGHEST IN CUSTOMER TREATMENT

The new 2016 Pied Piper Satisfaction Index for the U.S. auto industry has ranked INFINITI as the top automotive brand in customer treatment.

The study is one of the most prestigious in the country, focusing on how various dealerships treated their customers. The study was conducted by a “mystery shopping” measurement and the overall sales success of a particular brand.

INFINITI dealers ranked highest this year, beating out brands such as Lexus, Toyota and Mercedes-Benz. This is the first time that INFINITI has ranked first on the list, though we’re sure this won’t be the last time as dealerships continue to prioritize the customer experience.
